Marc and Raphaëlle Guy-Seigneur, the conductors of our culinary score.

The kitchen is carried out by four hands by Marc and Raphaëlle Guy-Seigneur.

Marc is a chef who finds his inspiration during his walks in the forest, in the vegetable garden and the aromatic herb garden of the inn or on the market stalls. Raphaëlle, his wife, is a chef passionate about wild plants and their harvest.

They are two lovers of the mountains and nature who, through their inventive know-how, transcend and enhance regional and seasonal products by favoring local producers.
