Did you know that snow crystals are classified into seven categories: platelets, stars, columns, needles, dendrites, cufflinks and irregular particles. Bedroom Flôka is an ode to these often abundant snowflakes for which Aillon-Margériaz is famous. Also called mortine, schist is one of the stones used in the construction of old Baujue houses and farms. Schist is a room with mineral decor, enhanced by a jumble of local stones and stones from India such as slate, sandstone and mica schist and inspired by the forgotten history of the Bauges gold prospectors.
